Newsletters
We send our email newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name or email address for its own purposes. Each email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom — if you click this, you will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is securely stored by MailChimp, which uses cookies and other internet technologies to determine whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use this data to improve its services and may share information within this context with third parties.
Google Gmail
We use Google Gmail for our regular business email communication. Google has implemented suitable technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of data. Gmail has no access to our inbox, and we treat all email communication confidentially.
Purpose of data processing
We use your personal data exclusively to provide our services. The purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you have given us. We do not use your data for targeted marketing. If we wish to contact you for any purpose other than the one for which you initially provided your data, we will ask for your explicit consent. To prevent misuse, we send copies of your data only to your registered email address. If you wish to receive the data at another address or by post, we may ask for identification. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you believe we misuse your personal data.
Right of access
